Processing of CVs/resume during job applications

Valbonne Consulting Sarl (responsible agency, in following VC) is required to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and to ensure through compliance all data protection legislation in the legally required version.

By submitting a CV, the consultant/applicant (in following interested party) agrees in the collection, processing and use of the provided personal data. VC will use the personal data solely for the purpose of mediation and business development. Any further processing/exploitation of the data for other purposes their own purposes or purposes of third parties) is expressly excluded. The transferred data is exclusively processed for business of VC by its staff. A required transmission of personal data to other Member States of the European Union, in other States Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and other countries takes place only under the provisions of EU Directive 95/46/EC.

VC agrees to teach all staff involved with processing of available data in accordance to the relevant data protection regulations, in particular to data secrecy according to §5 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and where relevant, to agree on the secrecy according to §88 Telecommunications Act and demand from them a written privacy policy. VC also has to fulfill its obligations according to §11 para 4 BDSG, especially the obligatory monitoring. The individual has the right at any time to request information about the collection of data and necessary corrections. S/He can also revoke use and storage at any time.
